In minute 1, complete 1 thruster
In minute 2, complete 2 thrusters
In minute 3, complete 3 thrusters
*Continue in this fashion until you cannot complete all the work for that minute

Tip of the Day
Remember all the wall balls we did last week?  If not, let me remind you about your breathing.  Try to find a pattern to your breathing that involves inhaling.  Most people hold their breath and reach exhaustion quickly.  Controlled breathing equals a controlled heart rate.
