Tip of the Day
The dreaded bike!  This machine is hard to figure out.  If you pace it and bike slow, the calories don't budge.  If you go all out and get them done, you can't breathe.  Set up the seat so that you are relatively close to the handles and can push hard.  Go at a strong pace but do not gas yourself out.  Good luck!
