2 RFT:
800 m run
60 sit ups
40 push ups
20 hang power snatches (95/65)

Tip of the Day
If you find that hang snatches and hang cleans really mess with your elbows, think about producing more power from your hips.  If you fire your hips like you should, the bar should fly up more effortlessly than if you are using just your arms to pull it overhead.  Also, work on dropping under the bar to receive it.  If you don't have to pull the bar all the way up over head, you will save your arms as well.
