Tip of the Day
We have done this WOD a few times now, hopefully you all have learned a little bit more each time you have completed it.  The key to finishing this workout is to not sprint on the way up!  Going back down the ladder will hit like a ton of bricks.  Be patient and consistent and keep moving.
