Tip of the Day
Let us clarify the goal for this workout.  If you are thinking that you will break up the pull ups into low rep sets (like 10) to save yourself for later in the workout, you're going to do way more rounds than you should.  Hang on for as long as you can and do as many pull ups as you can starting from round 1.  Which one is more impressive, 10 rounds and 100 pull ups or 5 rounds and 100 pull ups?  Your goal is to have the fewest number of rounds and the highest number of pull ups.
