20 double unders
10 sit ups

etc.

*You will have 2 scores.  Your score will be the last full round of burpees/sit ups completed, plus any extra work.

Tip of the Day
The key to a successful ladder today is your transition time.  It's easy when you have to switch from one movement to another, to take a longer than needed break.  Work on getting in and out of the rower quickly and do your sit ups next to your jump rope.
