Tip of the Day
Completing a WOD with heavier Olympic lifts requires a lot of faith and trust in your abilities.  Whenever you are working on your technique and honing your skills, that is the time to think about how you want things to be done.  When the clock starts and you have to perform those lifts for time or on a bigger stage, that is the time to trust that you have practiced enough to get the job done efficiently.  That is not the time to think about "how", it's the time to think about success!
