Tip of the Day
For some, big rep schemes can be intimidating.  However, breaking them down into smaller sets and having positive self talk during the movement can help.  On the wall balls for example, once you get to 25 tell yourself "half way", do 10 more then tell yourself "only 15 left, I can do 15".  Once you break it down like this, it's easier to keep moving and less draining.
