Tip of the Day
This is one of the best Girl WODs we have.  The first two rounds feel solid!  Round 3 is a bit of a wake up call.  Make sure you have a solid overhead position on those squats, especially if you are going to go unbroken.  The active shoulder position is key in not only being able lift heavier but also in being able to go for longer sets.
