Tip of the Day
Working your strict movements is just as important as practicing your kip.  Your strict movements build your strength and increases your work capacity.  Your kipping movements increase your power output, giving you the ability to do more work in a smaller amount of time.  The more strict reps you can complete, the more kipping reps you will be able to complete at one time.
