Tip of the Day
If you are a proficient box jumper, with no issues (mental or physical), attempt the jump overs laterally today.  By training something out of your usual comfort zone, you add a new dimension of fitness to your arsenal.  Any athlete should be able to proficiently go forward, backward, up, down, side to side, and change direction effortlessly.
