KB snatch

Even: 30 ft. sprint + 5 burpee box jumps
Odd: 30 ft. sprint + 3 per arm KB snatches (1.5/1)

Tip of the Day
KB snatches are a fun movement that is great for building shoulder stability.  However, a lot of people dislike them because the KB bangs against their forearm.  If you hold the KB properly and know how to punch up quickly, that will never happen.  Let go of the death grip and start punching your arm toward the ceiling when the bell is about half way up.  When done properly, the KB will lay gently on the back of your arm.
