100 Hang Squat Cleans (95/65)
*EMOM stop and complete 4 burpees
*WOD starts with burpees

Tip of the Day
On today's edition of squat therapy, we are focusing on the lower lumbar.  As you progress deeper into your squat, focus on where you start to loose your natural lumbar spine.  If you have a bad "butt wink", some good therapy sessions will fix that.  So many people blame deadlifting for their back issues when a lot of times, it's coming from poor squat form.
