Tip of the Day
Sled walking is a great low impact cardio, plus it's a great way to increase you squat and deadlift without squatting or deadlifting.  To see the benefits, however, you need to do it properly.  When you walk, you want to feel like you are pulling through your heels, do not lean way forward and push through your toes.
