Tip of the Day
We have done this WOD enough for most of you to figure out what strategy works and what doesn't.  One suggestion is to break up the first round of KB swings.  If you do them unbroken or in two large sets, the second round is a bit harsh.  Being smart on the way up doesn't mean larges sets and resting for long periods of time.  It means doing smaller sets with small rest periods.
