Tip of the Day
Banded recoveries may seem like torture at the time, however they serve a purpose.  By doing high rep banded recovery, you are rushing blood flow to a stressed area.  Blood flow is the bodies primary healing source.  So after a strenuous workout, if you have a body part that you know is going to be particularly sore, throw some bands on it.
