Clean & Jerk (115/75) + 5 Box Jumps (24/20)

Minute 1 Complete 1 C&J + 5 Box Jumps
Minute 2 Complete 2 C&J + 5 Box Jumps
Minute 3 Complete 3 C&J + 5 Box Jumps

*Continue up the ladder until you cannot complete all the the clean and jerk plus the box jumps.

Tip of the Day
The focus for todays jerk EMOM should be dropping under the bar and landing in a consistent foot placement.  So many people push press instead of doing a jerk, and when they finally do complete a jerk, their feet are everywhere and they lose balance.  Take the time to fix your errors and be aware!  Sacrificing proper technique just to say you did it heavy, does not make you a better athlete.
