Tip of the Day
As if barbell thrusters weren't bad enough, DB thrusters fell ten times harder.  The reason for this is the unilateral movement.  By placing a weight in each had, we are asking our smaller stabilizer muscles to work harder.  In addition to that, our midline is fighting to keep us upright and balanced.  This movement is the ultimate training exercise.
