Tip of the Day
Keeping tension on the floor press is just as important as the tension created on bench press.  Just because you are on the floor does not mean that you lay in a relaxed position.  Your shoulder blades should be pulled down and back, feel like you are pulling the bar apart, and create a global arch in your midline.
