Tip of the Day
Can you recover?  When doing interval work, can your body recover quickly enough to be able to consistently do the same number of reps every round?  Recovery takes some thought.  Get your breathing under control and get your heart rate down as quickly as you can.  If you let your breathing continue out of control, your number of reps will do down hill quickly.
