500 m Row
100 Squats

Accumulate 3:00 of L-Sits

Tip of the Day
The top core exercises are: L-sits, hollow rocks, and GHD sit ups.  The L-sit is by far the most difficult of them all.  Start out with a goal of accumulating three minutes.  The next time you do them, have the same goal but try for fewer attempts, for example, :30 holds instead of :15.  When you can hold an L-sit for 3:00 straight, every other "core" movement will seem much easier.
