Tip of the Day
"Fitness is increased work capacity across broad times and modal domains." - Greg Glassman.  Sometimes when you read the workout, you think "nope, that is not at all what I want to do."  With the exception of having an injury, there is no reason to skip workouts because of the movements.  I understand some movements are less fun than others, or maybe not in your wheel house.  However, if your goal is to be as fit as you can be, you should never skip.  Look at each day as a chance to get 1% better.
