Tip of the Day
Those that are solid with their skill work, will find todays workout a bit smoother than those that muscle through.  An efficient pull up and air squat will make the clean and jerk easier to get through.  The better your efficiency with the clean and jerk, the larger number of sets you will be able to complete of the back half.
