Tip of the Day
The toes to bar will eat your lunch in this WOD if you try to do large sets at the beginning.  The goal is to not have to rest for extended periods of time.  You would be better off doing sets of 5-10 with small rest breaks than fighting for 20.  If you get to the end and find yourself doing one at a time, do your best to jump back up as soon as possible.
