Tip of the Day
Box jumps are a great exercise to train explosive hips.  So many people try to do box jumps quickly and rely too much on their calves for the jump instead of firing their hip to propel them up onto the box.  Max effort box jumps are perfect to do as an accessory to heavy squats.
