Tip of the Day
Today's WOD is designed to test your mental toughness and then your double unders.  The weight on the front squat is just heavy enough that you might want to drop it on rounds 2 and 3.  In order to get through all eight, you are going to have to have a serious conversation with yourself.  The double unders, however, will be more physical than mental.  After the two movements before hand, your form will have to be solid to go unbroken!
