Tip of the Day
Shoulder activation is the name of the game.  The shoulder joint is extremely complex and even the slightest miscue can cause irritation and impingements.  That is why it is important to pay attention to that joint when lifting.  If it's talking to you, you need to heed it's warnings.  On the snatches and lunges today, you should feel like the weight is literally resting on top of your shoulder blade in your back.  If you feel it in the front of your shoulder or in the joint, speak up, it needs to be fixed.
