Lets talk recovery.  If you are an active CrossFit athlete, which all of you are, you should be doing some sort of mobility, myofascial release, massage, chiropractor, etc.  Yes working out is great for your body, however, your body also needs rest and time to repair and grow muscle tissue.  Quality nutrition, ample hydration, and self care will all speed up your recovery time.
