Tip of the Day
Today is a great day to train your mental toughness.  If you are proficient at both of these movements, I would like to challenge you to go unbroken for as long as you can.  Sometimes dropping the wall ball isn't because you need to, it's because you want to.  Know the difference and you will be able to push harder.
