Tip of the Day
If you want to set a PR on Grace, focus on your barbell cycling.  This not only includes touch and go reps from the floor, but also going from the clean straight into the jerk.  If you struggle with that, have a mental cue of "jump, jump."  One jump is for the clean to get the bar to your shoulders, the next jump is for the jerk to get the bar overhead.  Be efficient!
