Tip of the Day
Do you like to crank on your jump rope like it weighs 200 lbs?  Today's movement combo is going to make that hard to do.  Focus on letting your elbows hang straight down from your shoulder sockets, relax your grip, and flip your wrists.  The more relaxed and smooth you can be, the better your double unders!
