10:00 to work on a weakness
*Be honest with yourself, but be realistic.  What I mean by that is, if you are unable to do a pull up, you shouldn't be working on muscle ups during this session.  Build your base.

Tip of the Day
When working to improve a movement, do not always tie success to finishing the movement.  For example, if the bar never brushes your legs when completing the snatch, you are missing your power position and limiting the amount of weight you can lift.  Just because it went overhead, does not mean it was successful.  Have a coach give you a drill and tie success to mastering that drill.  Sometimes to master the full movement, you have to break it down into baby steps.
