Tip of the Day
Today is a GREAT retest WOD.  When we completed this one a year and a half ago, so many of us struggled with the single arm DB.  The key to this movement is excellent mobility but also a strong midline.  With all the accessory work that you have done, you should find yourself setting a huge PR on this one.
