9 thrusters
35 double-unders

M 95 lb.
F 65 lb.

Time cap: 40 minutes


Scaled:
Scaled: (Ages 16-54)
Men use 65 lb. and perform single-unders
Women use 45 lb. and perform single-unders

Tip of the Day
This workout is going to put your double unders on center stage.  If your dubz aren't super strong you can approach this one of two ways.  Break up the thruster into 5 and 4 to rest your hips and arms to be more fresh for the double unders.  If the barbell is really light for you, you can do all 9 unbroken and take longer rests before starting the double unders.  If you are proficient at both, make sure you have smooth transitions and figure out where you are going to catch your breath.
