Tip of the Day
Today is about quality of movement.  Getting better and seeing results is not about quantity, but rather, quality.  If you did 1,000 squats in a day to say that you exercised and burned calories but everyone of them was with poor form, you would probably end up with a small nagging injury and little results.  If you did 100 squats focusing on proper form and function, you would feel good and see results faster.
