Tip of the Day
Handstand push ups are coming in the open.  A great way to prepare for the strict standards that they have are to focus on your hand position on the floor and your feet position at the top of each rep.  Be aware of trying to sneak your hands wider as you get tired, that will lead to a lot of shortened reps that will not count.  Also, keeping your feet together and driving up with your heels will help to guarantee that those reps count.
