2 Squat Snatches (increase in weight each round if you are able)

20:00 Amrap
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

Tip of the Day
If you have a goal of hitting 20 rounds today, the best way to do that is to start out consistent yet quick.  A lot of people try to do 1 round every minute on the minute.  That starts out great and ends not so well, usually.  Try to start out ahead of that pace.  You do not want to look at the clock until about round 15, or later, if your goal is 20.  To get above 20, put your head down and go to work, do not look at the clock at all.  Pacing can be a big set back if done in over abundance.  This is a good benchmark, she's designed to be pushed, not paced.
