b) 30 Standing Heavy Band Crunches
c) 25 Per Side Rear Delt Flys
d) 30 Per Side DB Side Bends

Then:
1 Mile Sled Drag (70/45)

Tip of the Day
The sled drag is great low impact cardio.  It's also a great way to increase your squat and deadlift, without squatting or deadlifting.  If you have an injury and you are looking for a highly versatile movement, the sled drag is an excellent option.
