Tip of the Day
DB thrusters are an entirely different beast.  Since they are separate, they require a lot more joint stability.  Because they require more stability, they require more energy and are twice as taxing.  When working on these today, find the best shoulder position for your mobility and take some to the work off of your shoulders and elbows.  When driving up out of the bottom, fire those hips hard so the DB's fly off your shoulders.  Being efficient is going to be key in getting through this test.
