Work up to a heavy conventional deadlift single
-You should finish above 80% but you may also find a new 1 RM if you feel good

Accessories
2 Rounds:
1a) 10 per leg Bulgarian split squats
1b) 20 Dimel Deadlifts @ 40% of deadlift 1 RM

WOD
For Time:
30 Lateral Burpees
30 Clean & Jerks (135/95)

Todays WOD, simple, yet elegant.  Workouts are both an art and a science.  Each movement is designed to play on the next.  Today will place a huge focus on your faith in your clean and jerk training.  The burpees are going to put you into a position that will make you very uncomfortable on the oly portion.  Trust your training, your strength, and your abilities.  Lets do work.
