8 x 1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squat @ 80% of Clean 1 RM

2 x 10 Banded Inverse Curls

"Death by Toes to Bar"
In minute 1, complete 1 toes to bar
In minute 2, complete 2 toes to bar
In minute 3, complete 3 toes to bar
etc. until you cannot complete all the toes to bar for that minute

Tip of the Day
Toes to bar is an excellent core exercise, however, it can also hit your grip, shoulders, and lats hard.  If you think that round 10 will be a difficult round, start breaking up your sets on round 8.  The deeper you get into this workout, smaller sets will benefit you greatly.
