Tip of the Day
Thrusters can be the words worst exercise, when done wrong.  Poor form will always make things more difficult but in the case of the thruster, timing can exacerbate everything.  When you start to press the bar before your hips have come to full extension, you make the weight heavier and the movement twice as taxing.  By letting the bar rest on your shoulders and allowing the hips to come to full extension, you will move the bar faster and it will feel lighter.
