Tip of the Day
Do you want to be good at rope climbs?  Do you wonder why you struggle with them or why you lose them quickly?  Take a honest look at your pull ups and your pulling abilities.  Even though we can use our feet on the rope climb, we still use our upper body to pull ourselves up and hold on.  Increase your pulling abilities and you'll fly up the rope.
