Tip of the Day
Today's workout has the potential to make your low back a bit tender if you aren't paying attention.  Whenever you take weight from the floor, think about staying in your heels as long as you possibly can, this will help load the hamstrings.  If your hamstrings and glutes aren't firing properly, your low back will do the brunt of the work.
