Tip of the Day
And here we are, back to barbell speed day.  Once again, the point of this is to work on producing speed on and around the bar.  Everyone can always train to be faster, regardless of you current skill level.  If you like to pull on the bar with your arms and you never feel that it is weightless, work on that.  If that same pulling on the bar is preventing you from dropping under it quickly, work on that.  If you have a bar path that resembles the M in the McDonalds sign, work on that.  All of these issues, however, can never be corrected under heavy load.
