Tip of the Day
For those of you still sore from this weekend, today is a great day to flush out some junk.  Whenever you are overly sore, moving is your best recovery source.  There is a time to fully rest (yesterday) and then there is a time to do some light work.  You should find that you feel a bit better after moving through today.
