Tip of the Day
Our word of the day is:  Breathing!  Finding a rest station in this WOD is going to be hard, there is no where to hide.  Usually the KB swing is where I would recommend getting your breathing back under control.  With it being heavy today, however, that could be a bit more challenging.  Finding your breath during a burpee is impossible.  So what we recommend is taking a second at the top of the burpee to take a breath.  This will allow you to do the KB swings in larger, unbroken sets while continuing to move on the burpee.
