Tip of the Day
The Dimel deadlift not only strengthens the glutes and hamstrings but it also teaches explosive lockout of the hips and knees.  This movement transfers over really well to our Olympic lifts.  If you think about the extension needed for Oly lifting, you will realize that training that explosive lockout will increase your bar speed in your Oly lifts.  It's all in the hips.
