Tip of the Day
Did you know that the KB swing is one of our top core building exercises.  Yes, it was developed to build posterior chain strength, however, there is a lot of midline bracing that occurs during the swing.  The heavier the swing, the more your core has to stabilize.  Your core is both your abdominal and back muscles.  So when performing these swings today, think about keeping your chest up at the bottom and letting your core do it's job.
