40 Handstand Push Ups
20 Back Squats (225/155)
10 Rope Climb
REST 5:00 Then:
6 Rounds:
12 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Power Cleans (155/105)

*Each team gets 1 barbell
*Break up the work however you would like
*Score is total time minus 5:00

Tip of the Day
When working with a team, working until failure is never an option.  You want to keep the rep scheme low so that you can both keep your power output high.  Sometimes you move faster doing sets of 5 than doing sets of 15 and having to rest more.  In a team environment, someone should always be working.
